Anyone have any suggestions what I can do to stay climbing fit with a broken ankle in a cast? I'm allowed to partially weight-bear. It's a small undisplaced fracture of the lateral malleous.

Cheers.

In reply to Leigh_M: When I broke my ankle climbing (3 months non-weight bearing) I unfortunately broke my wrist at the same time, so you could maybe utilise this time to work on you upper body and finger strength by getting yourself a finger board/campus runs etc.

And or/if you don't mind a sweaty leg/cast do some leg curls/extensions at a gym so your muscles don't deteriorate too much.

Good luck with the recovery and stay positive!
