I was at Daddyhole the other day to search out the new problems added to the database (http://www.ukclimbing.com/logbook/c.php?i=264040) and though I didn't try these as they looked too highball for one pad and no spotters, I did climb some other stuff.

On the other side of the beach (where the descent path is) there is a smooth, rather barnacled boulder situated on a sandy section of the beach.
It has a prominent crack-line below the lip on the western side, and a rippled slab on the southern side.
Has anyone climbed anything here or know of anyone who has?

The nicest problem I did was a traverse on the western side, starting with foot jams in the crack and then traversing leftwards on slopers, before dropping back down into the crack at the corner and topping out leftwards.
I'm not too sure about the difficulty, maybe somewhere in the font 7b+ range?
I'm guessing that it is probably a first ascent but if it's not please let me know
