I'm a slim fitting and wear Asolo walking boots.

Which B2 boot do the people of UKC recommend? It'd be used for Scottish winter, Alps and technical scrambles and long mountain routes.

Cheers,

AT

In reply to An Triubhas: I have got the Scarpa Charmoz which are great for all round but I also have B3 boots as well. The scarpa mantas are also good for winter. The new Scarpa manta pro look like a cross between the charmoz snd the mantas. Like the other poster said def worth looking at.

Feels like a warmer Charmoz on. Bloody stiff too.

The new Scarpa Manta Pro's do look nice and I think they would fit the bill for the original post. Has anybody noticed that the new Manta Pro's have a lot in common with the Scarpa Triolet?

Is there cross-over here in terms of materials/last/stiffness etc. or is the new Manta just the UK version of the Triolet?

Anybody in the know on this one?

If Asolo walking boots fit you it's probably worth trying the Asolo Sherpa GV.
