My "friend" is having a very successful trip and would like to try and up his onsight grade to 7b+.

A very wild guess and a bit off topic - is his name David by any chance?

Sounds like your friend has hit form in Kalymnos...
If he were to try to flash Spartacus he might get a result.

Servasti at Iannis
The Craic at Ivory Tower
Super Carpe Diem at Panorama...featuring a great sit down rest!
Inti Raymi at Odyssey
Alfredo Alfredo at odyssey

If your friend is going well, I recommend Nirvana (7c) at North Cape and also pretty onsightable

Hi, Here's my Kaly 7b+ GRADED LIST which, like all graded lists, is totally flawed. However it might give you a few ideas where to start.

HARDEST
To Manna, Iannis (Much harder than 7b+)
Calcite Star Plus, Galatiani (Possibly 7c but world-class)
Fantasma, Ghost Kitchen (Possibly impossible for the short)
Bourre mais pas pleine, Secret Garden (Long but with rests)
Fourtouna, Odyssey. (Excellent, Has a couple of challenging bouldery sections)
Odontoglyphida, Local Freezer (One WILD barndoor move)
Eros, Arhi (Bouldery crux then easier thuggery)
Alfredo, Alfredo, Odyssey (Over-popular and has suffered)
The Shield, Spartan Wall. (Excellent old-school fingery wall climbing)
Spartacus, Spartacus sector. (Over-chalked, over-used; shame)
Route 69, Secret Garden (two technical sections but rests available)
Mythologie, Iliada (sustained and varied)
Thetis, Iliada (you may get wrong-sequenced!)
Fran-Fran, Kalydna (technical)
Howl Lala, St Photis (interesting new find out in the wilds, watch out for the Ottoman viper)
Tufa King Pumped, Iannis (stamina needed at the switch from arms to fingers)
Tufantastic, Grande Grotta (long, pumpy; succumbs if cunning rests are found)
Mind Boggle, Panorama (fun start to typical Panorama tufa wonderland)
Inti Raymi, Odyssey (top class, steady to a technical finale)
Themelina, Iannis (short and powerful)
Fanny ma Reine, Arginonda Skyline (here for the view!)
Chien Jaune, Secret Garden (steady, varied climbing; well-bolted for a first 7b+)
The Craic, Ivory Tower (only one powerful move)
Dirlanda, Secret Garden (quirky knee bar territory)
Firewall, Arginonda (short and powerful, a good easy first 7b+; even nice to fall off)
Armati Sikati, Sikati Cave (7b/7b+ but world class, stamina)
Rastapopoulos Extension, Panorma (7b/7b+ bouldery)
EASIEST

Also on the list should be the 7b+s at Jurassic and I've heard that Uschana Exension at Kalydna is amazing though too long for most people's ropes.

Have fun.

I would suggest:

Telendos at Olympic Wall (very achievable, but hardly 7b+)
Inti Raymi at Odyssey (around 7a to no hands rest and final, obvious crux)
Miltiadis at Pescatore (mostly endurance without any hard moves)
Mind Boggle at Panorama (bouldery crux near the start, then easier)
Adam at Sikati Cave (very steep, but with many rests)

Have fun!
