Thinking of getting new layers for this winter and looking at Rab MeCo.

Any thoughts on 120 as a base layer and 165 for a mid layer They're both technically base layers but i'm wondering whether combined they'll be warm enough under an Ultrafleece jacket and hardshell?

In reply to Father Noel Furlong: Was out road biking today with the 120 t-shirt under the 160 hoody, then a jersey and windproof vest. Works well - but "warm enough" for what? The 160 still feels very light - not as warm as a microfleece for example.

I'll be writing a brief review of the MeCo stuff I've been testing soon, but it'll be on another "channel".
