Folk might be interested in a new outdoor gear website launched this week. "The Gear" (
http://thegear.io ) is a collection of interviews with people from all walks of outdoor life focusing on the gear they use.
I think it's great because the interviewees aren't pressured or paid to promote brands. Recommendations come straight from the users.
