Can anyone identify the specific roles and responsibilities of a kayak instructor who has been privately employed to coach a group of three 15year olds for their 3 star white water award

I'd say that roles and responsibilities should have been agreed before the employment commenced.

The correct employment law answer to this cannot be found on any forum for the simple reason that the exact nature of your specific roles and responsibilities are in the contract either written or verbal.

You might just want to elaborate and tell us what exactly (if any) answer you are you looking for.
