Is TFL losing or profiting from this Strike?
Most people that I know bought their travelcard this week (myself included) in the full knowledge that it would be virtually useless for nearly 3 days. Fact is that TFL have cunningly priced the travelcard in such a way that even missing the strike days its still cheaper than buying daily travel cards. TFL is going to save a bucket of cash on wages and overheads.
Is there any info anywhere on how much the Strikes are costing TFL?
