Over the last year I've accumulated a few injuries, especially in my hands, and some of them have failed to heal completely. I was wondering if anyone knows a good physio or doctor in London that specialises in hands and wrists? Or one that has a lot of experience in climbing injuries.

You could try Anna Rigge, who does a clinic at the Biscuit Factory. Don't know about a specialism in hands or wrists but I have got pretty good results following her advice on a long-term shoulder injury.
