Does anyone know if BD are still having the following issues with their crampons...

I got replacements last year after mine failed.

BD did beef up the design somewhat after the initial problems.

I have a pair of sabretooths and whilst I've had no major problems, I've not used them 'that' much and the points do definitely blunt quicker than grivel crampons despite starting much blunter!
