Good but unrecorded DWS at Paleokastritza as Al says, and if you're into big new, exploratory routes then the East face of Mt Pantokrator, Corfu's highest might be worth a shout, but the best DWS by far is found on the W coast of neighbouring Paxos. Again, nothing recorded but spectacular caves, arches and impressive crags mostly above deep clear water. In fact the whole of the Ionian has major potential for DWS and sea-cliff climbing but you need a decent boat/kayak to get around and many of the smaller islands are uninhabited.
