The only thing that really concerns me is the wording of Q4:

"How might Stanage and/or the North Lees estate generate more of its own funds in the future, whilst protecting what makes it special?"

Should Stanage be generating it's own funds? The question seems to pre-suppose that this is desirable, but the only way I can see that happening is by either a direct or indirect charge to use the site or at least elements of it. This does not strike me as a Good Thing.
