Hello - off to scotland for a week over easter and want to head out and do a little wildcamping with the kids (5 and 3 years old) - need some spots we can get to with not to much walking and carrying a load of kit - any advice, recomendations, stories????

Thanks

Kate

There are some amazing sandy beaches less than hundred metres from road in between dundonnell and gairloch.weather can be wet, lots of cool accessible places with ruins etc or ramshackle roofed bothies to get out of the rain

Redpoint near gairloch is good, but you will need to carry water.
