When were the ropes purchased, please, and what model/treatment are they?
Would you consider selling items separately?
What is your reason for selling the kit?

Thanks

A brief check on the net and I could buy the lot brand new at £770.

Learner account, no history, too high a price for a UKC 2nd hand. I smell dodgy... apologies for being skeptical! but....

Same gear, same pic, cheaper price, new account there as well.

To try to answer all of your questions and for those of you who are sceptical. The ropes are about 15 months old, and have been in dry storage with the rest of the kit. Happy for anyone to view it prior to purchase. As for model, they are infinity, not sure about treatment.

Will I break the kit - may do, but I'd like to shift it all in one go.

New account - yes. Nothing dodgy though and having been a climber for over 20 years, also the gear is advertised at my local wall.

Why am I selling, due to having a young child, working long days away from home and now having taken up kayaking, I'm unlikely to ever get out and d much anymore short of the odd bit of bouldering.

As for Gumtree account. Yes it is there, although they should both be the same price, to which I was looking at £600 for the lot, so that's a miss key on my behalf.

As for buying it all for £770 punds, then fill ya boots and buy it there, or at least share with those others that are looking for gear where you would get it from.

I'm open to any sensible offers for the lot, and I'm based in West Yorkshire if anyone wants to view the gear prior to buying it.

Any other questions feel free to ask.

No thanks!

Google offers multiple online outlets with their prices. It didn't take long to work out:

I'm not trying to pick a fight, but folk have been skinned on the For Sale forum in the past and all I'm saying is many people are weary. (filling a personal profile in helps a lot as people feel they know who they are buying from)

Thanks for taking the time to explain more fully.

This is a recurring issue on this forum. I suspect the rules may soon be changed to require a profile and history before for sale posts are allowed. Personally I think this would be a change for the better.

How much for the friends
In reply to MAH: I find this so strange. What was your rational for buying all this kit, not even unwrapping it and leaving it in dry storage?

Who does that?

Really?
