Hi,
I have noticed recently that several competitions include the line 'XXXX will receive the following info: your public profile and friend list' as part of the entry
I have not entered these competitions as I assume I would be passing on information that friends may not wish to share with various companies. Am I being paranoid?
(Meta)data is the new way of paying to enter competitions and the standard payment for apps.
If you have a smartphone look at the permissions next time you install something..
