Mrs Glyno has just checked mine (twice), it's 36 BPM!
This seems very slow. I'm pretty fit, but certainly don't consider myself more than 'fairly' athletic.
Blood pressure is 90 over 60 - again, quite low.

Should I be concerned, particularly about the HR?

Not really, I'd be worried if it was zero, unless you are a Vulcan!

Had an NHS health check this week - being offered to the mature citizen - my HR was 42 and BP was 115 over 70. Last year I had an ECG, it thought I was dead as they hadn't set it to accept HRs below 60bpm!

Look at the links- it suggests if your heart rate is less than 40 bpm you might think about seeing your GP, same for blood pressure 90/60 or less?

I was serious, check it again and ring out of hours GP.

Sounds condescending I know but did she times it by 3 and not by 4?

In reply to Glyno: it's not necessarily anything to worry about, mine is 33 and isn't a problem at all. That doesn't mean that it isn't a problem it just doesn't mean that it always is.
