High Sports are recruiting for a new member of our management team who will become integral to our Climb London operation. Based in Swiss Cottage and overseeing the operation of one major indoor climbing centre and two smaller satellite centres, the successful applicant will be a hard working, driven, dynamic individual. You will be able to work in a highly organised fashion to make sure routine tasks are completed while striving to develop the business through outreach and ensuring outstanding sessions are delivered to our loyal customer base.
To excel at this role you will be capable of not only delivering exceptional customer service, but inspiring and teaching other members of your staff team to do the same. You will have a good understanding of how your actions and decisions affect the ongoing success and growth of the business and be able to allocate your time effectively against multiple inter-dependent goals and deadlines. Experience of digital marketing, social media and its use in business would be advantageous.
Overall you should be willing to learn and develop with the role, running a climbing wall requires a unique and diverse skill set. You will be paid a competitive salary and receive other employee benefits which include but are not limited to discount on climbing equipment and climbing wall entry.
