All
I have had a call from Kevin Caster, the reserve manager for the Gloucestershire Wildlife Trust, to confirm that the peregrine falcons have not nested on Fly Wall this year (or anywhere else on the climbable parts of Wintour’s Leap) and so the precautionary restriction on climbing on the far right-hand end of Fly Wall is now lifted – the signs are still up at the moment but I will go down one evening this week and remove them.
Thanks all for your cooperation, and thanks very much to Kevin who took the initiative to check the site and inform me so the restriction could be lifted early.
