I'm needing an outdoor first aid course for SPA and ML assessments, a 16 hour one, and was curious to hear about other peoples experiences of providers and prices.

I've heard good things about ITC but their courses in London (I live N. London) are the most expensive of the lot. Should I bite the bullet?

High peak first aid are my recommendation. Have a few days in the peak district and get out of London.
