John Ellis Roberts has died on the Cromlech

I've just read on the BBC news website that John Roberts has been killed on the Cromlech.
Does anyone know what happened? The article said he fell 25ft to a ledge so I'm guessing he was doing one of the unprotected cracks above the main crag. Very sad.
