Has anyone had any reply from the farmer this year? I requested an application form over 2 months ago, and still have had no reply. If anyone has one, could they forward me a copy and I'll try sending that.

I was in the same boat I e-mailed about 6 times for about 6 months only to receive a response last week!

Obviously a very busy guy who checks his e-mails once a blue moon...
