Bent lower off bolts at Dancing Ledge

Hi,
Does anyone know anything about the lower off bolts at Dancing Ledge. I was there on Saturday and it appears that all of the bolts have been hit with a blunt instrument and in some cases have been bent flat. The bolts in question are on the top of the lower part of Dancing Ledge where groups often set up top ropes for beginners. As a guess I would put this down to idiots hitting them repeatedly with a large rock but some are now dangerous to use as the bolts have sharp lesions in them and their strength has obviously been compromised.

There was a bit of an issue down there recently regarding group use and some locals getting upset. The bolt flattening I believe was part of that sadly.
