It is reported to only be a problem for some Virgin users.
Apparently, using a proxy server would work around this issue, any idea how I do this?

So it's Sunday and I still can't see the vid. Looked at many others on You Tube - fine, looked at other JLR Can and Will vids on You Tube (they are good however did not look at Bear Grylls raching the summit - in a cable car presumably?).
Anybody else had the same problem, any fixes?

I still can't see the vid, and still haven't worked out how to use a proxy server and haven't access to a VPN.

Finally sorted. Used VPN into work intranet and then video worked from there. I had tried direct to You Tube but no joy.
