Typical daily mail drivel but quite an achievement!

Slopes! They climbed slopes!

I must say, though, I do like them being described as 'Mr Randall' and 'Mr Whittaker'. Very respectful, and very British

To be fair, most of the stuff is accurate and it is quite hard to exaggerate the audacity of this challenge so it's not totally over the top like most stuff they produce.

"In 2009 the pair climbed all of the Western Peak District routes taking them 10 hours to climb over 1500ft of rock"

I'm not quite sure they climbed ALL of Western Peak....that might be tough even for the wide boyz

I wonder why they have included a picture of Pete soloing Scroach in a head torch?

1) it isn't a Brown/Whillans route and as far as I am aware they didn't do it but also:
2) they didn't have headtorches on when they were climbing on Curbar as it was daytime?

In reply to Graham Hoey:
Hi Graham, think some of Pete's '150 extreme routes in a day' photos ended up in the mix as well, they seem to keep popping up with the B&W challenge reporting.
