Just getting around to adding routes to my logbook, and was wondering if anyone knows the name/grade of a route in the Pinky area:
Start on the jugs as for Perky (http://www.ukclimbing.com/logbook/c.php?i=249805), then straight up the hanging slab/face above on crimps, no arete, to top out.
Don't think it's in the UKC database, at least under the "Pinky" section, but seemed a) logical and b) done given the amount of chalk on the crimps.

Hi,

The back of the Pinky Bloc with perky on it is all a bit vague
The line of Perky in the new YMC guide is incorrect as Perky goes up the RHS of the left arete

The only real clue is on Yorkshire Grit R.I.P where Perky is detailed but un-named.
It does however also detail the direct from the sitter not using the Arete which gets Font 6c+

Seems like Perky Direct would be the right sort of name
I will add it

Pete

Hi Pete,

Thanks for clarifying and adding!! And Font 6c+ sounds about right, took e a fair few goes and felt comparable to Pommel, etc.
