Hansjörg Auer on The Music of Chance, 2 kbTonight's Friday Night Video features Austrian climber Hansjörg Auer making the first ascent of a route on the Kristallwand of Kirchkogel (3280m) in the Ötztal Alps, named “The Music of Chance” (6c/A3/500m). Hansjörg climbed the line in Winter 2012 alongside his brothers Vitus and Matthias.

Great video. Rare to see good shots and an explanation of aid. Glad to see even the top guys leave stuff behind, human after all. Nice touch with the older climbers.

Yes very good. What always amazes me is there is some dude up there with a camera climbing next them!
