bolt at the first belay of inbred, Creag Dubh?

Whats with the bolt at the first belay of inbred? Looks relatively old, but seems a bit weird as there is plenty of good gear around it...

I'm sure it dates back to the original ascent or just after, so almost 50 years old.

There are about 5 at the belay of The Brute, presumably of similar vintage.

cool cheers for the info. First time I've seen a bolt on a trad route outside of central belt quarrys/crags.
