Chapel Head Scar Bird Restrictions?

Just wondering if anyone has any information on the status of the bird ban at Chapel Head Scar this year? I know climbing is usually restricted until the end of June but has been lifted early in previous years.

Still says till 30th June. Maybe worth contacting the local BMC guy? James Bumby - he is south lakes.
