South West Lakes 10k

I'm in the lakes this weekend (millom) and was looking to do a reasonably flatish (<300m ascent) 10k. ideally a trail around the hills , maybe through one of the valleys? don't mind driving as far as coniston & doesnt have to be circular.

Start from Consiton and go south on the west side of the lake, lovely running through woods and shoreline paths, go as far as you want then reverse.

Might be busy on the trails around Coniston this weekend, it the Lakeland Trails 1/2 and Marathon from Coniston on Sunday.
