Good fell races in Yorshire / Lakes / Wales in July

I'm likely to be in the above areas from late June to the end of July. I'm hoping to get a place in the Borrowdale race but what else is good around that time? Mainly looking for AM or AL races. I've had a look at the calendar but not sure what's what.

Tebay is very runnable terrain on the Howgills.
Kentmere Horseshoe is one of the classics

Yes, Tebays a great evening. watch out for the big climb about 3/4 of the way around.

that is a superb race, through some unique terrain

Wasdale 11th July, probably the hardest lakeland classic, mammouth race.
