Where to buy guidebooks?

I'm new to climbing outdoors and need to get my hands on a guidebook (Cordee Southern Sandstone) so I can head down to Harrison's Rocks later this week. Any advice on where to pick one up? I've tried my local Go Outdoors and they don't have it in stock. I'll be driving from Hertfordshire and could potentially pick up a copy on the way there.

Thanks in advance for the help,
Tom

Not sure how long it would take to arrive though, usually about 3-4 days.

Yeah, I should have ordered it online last week. Ideally I'd like to buy it from a shop to ensure I have it in time. Thanks for the link though

Whereabouts in Herts are you?

Hertford. If there's any chance of borrowing a copy from someone for the day (Wednesday), that would be incredible.

Note that you can buy from Cordee direct - go to http://www.cordee.co.uk

And if you want to pay for overnight delivery, you can. See: http://www.cordee.co.uk/delivery.php

Maybe give a few places a call. Countryside in Stevenage, cotswolds in St Albans. Does the Harlow wall have a shop? Can't think of anywhere in or very near Hertford though. The Wall near the rocks may have a copy (evolution? ).

It looks as if gingerwolf had a copy of the bouldering guide only, and it has now been sold. Cheers though!

Calling the local wall is a great shout, they must have a few copies laying around. Thanks for the advice (y)

To be honest there are usually enough folk at Harrison's for you to get a look at a book even if you don't have one with you.

Thank you for your share. I got interested in climbing for only a short time. It really helped me a lot.
