Does anyone know where the link is for the download of LR6 (NOT CC) - I have paid for the upgrade and have it installed on my laptop but want it on my desktop machine - but I'm buggered if I can find the link again - bloody Adobe!

No they didn't work = LR5 is 'fully up-to-date' and all the other links push you towards CC subscription.

Anyone else got any ideas where the stand-alone link might be?

PS I have tried copying the App from my laptop but won't let that run on the iMac

- Clicked on LR6 order
- Download link available for LR6
- Select MAC file
- Download
- Copy Serial number of Upgrade
- Copy serial number of previous version or original LR purchase
- Install downloaded file
- Follow instructions

That reminds me. I need to get a copy for my laptop. I got distracted last time since it was hard enough buying the bloody thing off them to begin with. I wish they would just make me click through a few dialog boxes saying "are you sure you dont want a shitty subscription option instead".

They are definitely trying to push people down the CC route - the CC version of 6.1 contained new features not available in the standalone version.

I have been trying that but get a 'line too long error' - whatever the hell that means when I try to download (Firefox) just trying Safari now which does appear to be working, (fingers crossed).

Dehaze*
Many outdoor scenes have some amount of haze due to atmospheric conditions. Dehaze is a new feature for removing/adding haze and fog from pictures.

Got there in the end - cheers for the support.

I downloaded LR6 and filled in the serial numbers; then it said this is an upgrade and we can't see any appropriate software on your machine - despite the fact I had been using LR 5.7 half an hour earlier.

SO I had to dig out the serial numbers for LR5, download it again - then LR6 would run.

Farcical!
