Having belayed Jordan over the weekend on an impressive ground up ascent, 2nd go and in sub-optimal conditions of
Chicama (E9 6c) at
Trearddur Bay we were wondering what's the list of E9s flashed or ground upped in the UK?
Via twitter (

Something's Burning - Pearson (flash)
Parthian Shot - Jorgeson
Muy Caliente - Pearson
Divided Years - Pasquill and Caff
Chicama - Buys
There's a couple of photos of
Chicama (E9 6c) and the
The Treacherous Underfoot (E7 6b) (actually E7) here:

It's an awesome route, and an awesome crag. Not a place for the faint hearted (easiest line is E3 5b). Just getting in and out is a mission with the tides, conditions, peg corrosion and the 35 degree overhanging steepness making it a proper effort to get anything done. If anyone's keen to head down there, I replaced the snapped peg on
The Treacherous Underfoot (E7 6b) making it reasonable again (Jordan GU'd that too) and some of the crucial tat on the pegs on
Crow Road (E6 6b), which was climbed also. All the routes there are pretty much in a climbable state now if you get the tide/weather conditions right.
