Anywhere across southern France or northern Spain would fit the bill; Morocco is more of a mission, but do-able.
As a left-field suggestion, though, Menorca? The climbing isn't stunning per se, although the stuff in the north is wilder, but it's fun, often near beaches and would give you a great family/climb balance if that's what you're after.
Regardless, some of the Med tourist places are a good bet (but not the year-round ones): when we last went to Menorca, the island was winding down for the season - fewer people, restaurants literally giving away wine and ridiculously cheap car hire with no insurance excess (every time we scraped up another overgrown lane, we'd shout 'no excess!'). The infrastructure which would make you run a mile in August can be a huge bonus in November.
