Hi all,

I'm working towards my ML training, so need at least 20 QMDs, and while I'm finding walking on my own, it would probably be a great idea if I had some experience walking with other people too! I'm in the south Lake District, with Coniston on my doorstep, so if anyone is in the area at the weekends and fancies helping me out with some walking (at least 5 hours and with some map work as well), that would be great. Just drop me a message!

There is a very active Facebook Group "UK Trainee Mountain Leaders". I found people to walk/practice with there and there are regular posts of the like "I'm heading up there on these dates to do that, happy for company."
