Hi,

Can anyone recommend a yoga class in or near Nantwich/Crewe or even Stoke?

I've been going to a basis Hatha class in Nantwich for 6 months following a long period (mostly!) away from climbing. Now I'm feeling stronger, I'd like to find a Yoga class that's a little more demanding, ideally run by or for climbers. Moon-on-a-stick perhaps!

Any thoughts or recommendations?

The Ministry of Yoga has just opened at the top of my street http://ministryofyoga.org/

They run a whole range of classes throughout the week. I don't think they run a class specifically focussed on climbing, just a mixture of yoga and pilates. The building itself looks class.. very modern looking.

Thanks Rob. I have heard about the new centre in Crewe, Russell my current yoga instructor is considering moving his classes there. I'll have a look to see if any other classes look worth a try.

The boardroom in chester hosted yoga classes last winter, hopefully they'll start up again soon.
