That's bad news about Range East being closed on some weekends in April. Could do with as much publicity as possible nearer the time.

Do I take it that, if you live overseas and cannot get to the annual briefing session then climbing in Pembroke is a no no?

The briefing sessions are only required for climbing in Range West. The vast majority of Pembroke climbing is open to anyone, though Range East is usually closed on weekdays.
