Ive read up a bit on the net about clicking joints and in fairness nearly all my joints do click, quite often it feels nice and I do it habitually when they feel stiff.
My right ankle however has started clicking when I walk or run, regardless of what shoe I use or what exercises Ive been doing, and although it doesnt hurt I am concerned that repeated clicking will damage something especially as I often do long distances.
is it due to limited movement, excessive mobility, tight muscles (calf or tibialis?)
Any thoughts of a stretch, exercise etc?
