I'm getting a really bad pain around the back of my knee and down the leg, when it is at full extension when I straighten it, and when I walk. Any ideas and suggestions would be very grateful thanks Charlie.

possibly calf strain? is there anything youve done recently that could have triggered it?

Immediate or gradual onset?
Doing what at the time?
Feels like what?Sharp,ache or other?
There all the time or intermittent?
What exercise do you do?
Recent changes in intensity?
Any lumps or bumps or swelling or bruising?
Any warmth?Red hot?
Which one bit is most sore?
Ankle/foot/shin ok?
Any medical conditions?
Getting better or worse?
What have you done to help it?
