Would like to expressed gratitude for fantastic customer service!

Sent email regarding concerns about Quantum Tech Race earlier last week. Posted back to them on the Wednesday, a phone call from them concluding fault on Friday, shiny new Tech Machine arrived today.

They're a good bunch. What was the issue with the Quantum Tech Race? Did they give you a Carbon Tech Machine? They look vaaaary nice.

The pic was wobbling and rotating from the top of shaft, they replaced it with yellow, alloy Tech Machine.

Stupid name anyway. Tech Machine sounds way better.
