I bought a pair of petzl lynx crampons just before new year from London Covent Garden Ellis Brigham. When I got home I realised that they were missing the separate crampon bail and spacer bar. I rang up the store and they very efficiently contacted the importer Lyon equipment who rapidly sent me the missing pays direct by post. Ellis Brigham also kept me up to date with how the process was going.
I was impressed by how well the two companies dealt with the problem. Thanks to Pete at Covent Garden.
