What a great race. Volunteers and marshals were superb, a great credit to the club and village.

Aw shucks, thanks matey. I'm one of the gang that helps put it on - everyone seemed to have a good time. We needed to bank a good one after a bit of bad PR cancelling last year

Really nice well run race.

I think i'll try to stick to the club run races from now on, following the successes of stockport and Helsby. When is the next local event?

Run by a rugby club rather than an athletic club, but Keswick half is a beautiful, challenging course, quite low key, early May. (Sunday of BH weekend iirc). Great race!
