1 day ski mountaineering / ski touring guides in Scotland

I'm staying near Fort William for a course at Easter and will have the odd day off and fancied learning some ski mountaineering skills.

Any guides or schools around that can provide ski boots, skis and poles and avalanche equipment if required with a guide for just a day of teaching?
