Hi,
Lovely weather in at Lochnagar today but climbing conditions not brilliant.
Dropped in and across to Shadow Buttress but lots of very spooky snow on the approach slopes.
We found clean, easy shears at 6'' and 12'' and snowpack was squeaky.
Needless to say we ran way and went for a walk in the sunshine.

Buttresses generally plastered and gullies full but needs some moisture.

How was the landrover tracks around the loch? Ideally looking to take a bike in as far as the Glas Allt bothy.
