I have developed a hot burning point of pain on the outside point of my shoulder. There is no pain most of the time but hen I xtend arm and pull loosely there is a hit hot shot of pain from on top of the soft tissue down the arm. It's not rotary cuff, had that before.
Any ideas what may be?
