Looking for advice and recommendations. I'm a relatively inexperienced winter climber (seconded grades I-III Scottish climbs, and completed a basic Alpine Climbing course some years ago), looking to learn the basics and then get some experience leading on some routes over the Easter weekend. I've been looking at courses, but someone else recommended hiring a guide for the weekend.

Can anyone recommend a guide or advise best options?

Cheers,

Marcus

Hi Marcus I can highly reccomend Highland Ascents, very professional company and really knows how to look after people.

Mike Pescod as well (Abacus mountain guides), he's on the winter climbing forum every week with the Ben Nevis conditions report.
