Geraint Thomas takes the lead in Paris-Nice and Steve Cummings takes the stage at Tirreno-Adriatico with a virtuoso display.

There's never been a better time (in my memory at least) to be a British cycling fan.

That was a great ride by Cummings....when he went the others just looked resigned to it and knew they couldn't get back to him which with 3k to go shows how strong he is!
I thought G was going to get the stage but maybe went just a bit early...
