Hello Collective Knowledge,

Just getting back in to running and looking for a GPS HRM watch. Any recommendations?

I've previously used a HRM watch and used my phone for GPS but would like it all in one. Are smart watches the way forward (if they have pulse detection) or should i stick with a proper running watch?

There are so many to chose from! I guess I could squeeze budget up to around £150 but don't really want to spend this much!

Can't go wrong with a second hand Garmin 220, or as it's end of range you might find a cheap one on Amazon.

I believe the Garmin FR210 is currently on the Sports pursuit website for £89.99 with HRM strap included.

Couple of years old now, but still a solid option (you'll need an ANT + strap too, but they're peanuts)...
