Hello,

With a friend, we think about climbing big walls in Mexico in october, near basaseachi falls, on "El Gigante".

We are searching informations about free trad routes, and the political situation.

Thanks a lot!!

"Drug-related violence is a particular problem in the northern states of Sonora, Chihuahua, Coahuila, Nuevo Leon, Tamaulipas, Sinaloa and Durango, and also in Guerrero, Jalisco, Michoacán and Nayarit. Armed clashes between security forces and drug groups can occur at any time without warning. You should exercise extreme caution outside of tourist areas in all of these states."

Hello,

Thanks for your answer. This area will always be considered like dangerous. But I'm searching informations about climbers who knows the real situation, cause basaseach big walls are really remote...

Thanks again!

If you stumble across a field of weed or poppies where they are producing they will put you in the ground man.
