As per the title really. I've given up hope on Abraxas being the 3* classic it was supposed to be, and given the likely wet nature of the week I'll be there (20-27th May) and the east facing nature of many crags I'm not hopeful.

Still, any and all recommendations gratefully received.

Decent cafe advice is also always appreciated.

In reply to Frank the Husky:

west flank route is classic.

the big single pitch e1 on the opposite side of the Rosa pin Acle is great too. and if its wet labyrinth is excellent.

Squids and Elephants? not done it though. WFR is good, straightforward after awkward chimney groove.
I'll put in a word for Blankist HVS 4c on the Rosa Slabs if you're into spooky run out stuff.

The wet hasn't stopped some climbers on Arran this week.
